<p>Where exactally is Pepperdine? I live in Irvine and everytime I drive on the 5 Freeway North, I always see the sign.</p>
<p>Pepperdine is located in Malibu. The signs you see (there is also a sign on the 405 near LAX) is for the sattalite campuses.</p>
