Where is somewhere good that might give me scholarships?

@aquapt Wow, thanks for catching that. I was just paying attention to the title - “Where is somewhere good that might give me scholarships?” Sorry, I’m human. As far as getting enough money to pay for most of a challenging institution’s tuition, I’d say that there is still enough time to apply to a large number of outside scholarships. Top schools wouldn’t find a 31 on the ACT to be especially high, so applying to as many outside scholarships as possible could help make up for any lack of merit aid. It could easily get a less expensive school’s cost to below $20,000. And remember, small scholarships add up!

Besides that, here is a list I’ve found of colleges notorious for large merit scholarships:

I hope you find what your looking for, you seem to have a lot of potential!

At Alabama or Ole Miss you can get a free ride with those scores/grades

@VADadfromMA Wrong.

Bama will give $20K/year merit for OP’s current stats (4.0+ and 31 ACT). One more point on the ACT would yield an additional $6K. “Free ride” requires a 36 in addition to the 4.0+ GPA.

Ole Miss will give $15,500 for OP’s current stats. A 32 on the ACT would increase that to $23,454. A 33+ gets $24,504.
