<p>I'm korean student planning to apply to community college for fall 2013.
I want to know which community colleges are best for transferring to Public Ivy such as

-My parents won't let me go unless the community college has on-campus housing.
-Also, they won't let me go to community colleges in CA because there are too many korean students there.
Can anyone tell me which community colleges (with dorms & not CA) are best to tranfer to
