Where is the CAL grant??

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I am a transfer student to the UC's from a community college. I believe I am eligible and i have completed all the requirements for the cal grant but I do not see it on my award letter. Why is this? Could it be that it just hasnt been decided yet?</p>
