where is the ED commitment form to sign?

<p>I know this is a really stupid question. But, I remember last year our GC, S2, and I had to sign a form (and mail it in) recognizing what is entailed when applying ED. This time around, I can't find the form anywhere. Did schools eliminate it, or is it different b/c my S3 is applying to a different school? In its place, my S3 is asked to "sign" something on the computer, but we're not involved. Is that it? no separate form somewhere?</p>
