Our Val is going to University of Victoria, B.C, Canada

while I, who didn’t even make it to top 50% (my senior gpa is like 3.0), is going to Berkeley
but he will prob. succeed there we just live different lives

Duke, I think. ?

I actually don’t know who it is… but it’s probably Duke. The V. like always goes to Duke.

USC, accelerated med.

It’s usually Harvard or Dartmouth, so this was a refreshing change

Your schools are ridiculous. I go to normal, crappy public school and I went to Rollins, another went to UF, another to Stetson, and another to UF. The biggest acceptance for anyone was Air Force my year. In our school’s history one person got accepted to Harvard (affirmative action) and another to Duke (legacy). That’s it.

^ That sucks. We have like 1-2 going to Duke every year… but no ivy-leaguers.

We used to have kids go to ivy leagues… but somehow that became less popular. But it’s not that surprising… ivy leagues are a little whacko for a Southerner. (From my personal experience anyways).

Lubbock Christian University, Lubbock, Texas. :X

Harvey Mudd, and last year’s went to UCLA.

Princeton.

Out of a class of 117, we have probably 10 kids doing the Ivy League + MIT + Stanford thing. We have three going to Columbia alone and two going to princeton.

Yeah, my class was hypercompetitive. Yeah, it really blew to be a intelligent underachiever.

My school is too cool for valedictorians, but they give awards for being smart, and I guess the 3 kids that got it are going to Hopkins (Princeton Waitlist), McGill, and Brown.

Lima I know EXACTLY how you feel haha. The valedictorian of the senior class is going to Princeton at my school

MIT.

We usually have some Ivy League acceptances, but, minus our Val, this year’s senior class wasn’t quite as motivated as usual.

My school doesn’t give official GPAs so we vote for our valedictorian. The only thing he/she does is speak at graduation. This year our val is going to Wesleyan.

our student body pres and vice pres are both going to Columbia.
our class pres is going to Princeton. our class vp is going to Brown.

my school is insane though. we have ~67 graduating seniors (class size of 177) attending an ivy league/stanford/duke in the fall. and a large portion of the rest are headed to gtown, hopkins, washu, emory, rice, northwestern, vandy, great LACs, etc…

I will be attending the University of Connecticut.

:)

Since everyone with a 4.0 is a val at my school, we have TWELVE. Of those…
1 - Yale
1 - Columbia
1 - Vanderbilt
1 - Johns Hopkins
1 - Bowling Green for soccer
5 - University of Michigan
1 - Michigan State University
1 - University of South Carolina
