where is your graduation!?!?

mine's at constitution hall in DC

That's awesome.

Graduations at my school are traditionally held outside, on the turf. Yeah, not very exciting, but I like outside graduations (unless the weather's terrible).

at my school graduation is held in the beautiful park right next to campus. its usually sunny and 70-77F

At our local NBA arena. D is val and already freaking about the concept of it being so huge (even tho I think they curtain off about half of the stadium). At least there shouldn't be ugly fights over tickets. Constitution Hall in DC sounds like a much better venue.

UMD's Comcast Center

@ the Sun Dome at tha University of South Florida!

Savage Hall @ the University of Toledo

the actual graduation ceremony is at the football field
grad nite is at disneyland

The Colonial Center in downtown (Columbia, SC). Its pretty nice, us and the two other high schools in the district have it at once

If not raining = Football Field
If raining = In the gym. its small space and its very humid and everyone is next to each other.

Constitution Hall as well.

our football field...sucks i kno. if it rains... in our gym which gets nasty if its hot out :(

The Bank United Center (UMiami's basketball arena).

http://hurricanesports.cstv.com/ot/mifl-convo-center-tour.html

Madison Square Garden. I wish...um at school.

Just out on my school's football field. But I've seen pictures from past years and it really looks very beautiful.

Provided that the weather cooperates, of course.

astrophysicsmom, I gave my salutatorian speech in the Charlotte Arena in 2005 and assisted with prior graduations as a band member and junior marshal. The large size definitely wasn't that bad, and there was lots of room for parking. My sophomore year they had graduation at Cricket Arena, and the traffic congestion made it a nightmare. They're having graduations at the new (and smaller) Bobcat Arena this year, I think.

Just on the football field... nothing that special really. But I did go to the graduation ceremony last year because a couple of my friends were graduating, and the ceremony itself was really nice even if the venue isn't that great.

St. Mary's Cathedral which is right next to my school in san francisco

We have it at Fort Williams park next to Portland Headlight, if weather permits

The American Bank Center in downtown Corpus Christi...which is our minor league hockey arena and also where our local college (Texas A&M-Corpus Christi) plays basketball (quite successfully, I might add). I think it seats about 10,000 but obviously there's not going to be that many show up to our graduation. At least I hope not, because I have to speak.
