Hi guys, I'm a rising senior at Stanford University majoring in EE and minoring in Math.

My GPA is kinda low, 2.998, in large part because last year (we're on the quarter system) I took about 5 classes in each of fall and winter quarter almost all in math and EE and really started to burn out.

So, I stockpiled a bunch of C+'s and one C.

My GRE scores are pretty solid
800 Quant
690 Verb
6 Analytical Writing

I've had summer research experience the past 2 years, but only one of those years is any good for a rec, since my prof the other year I never really interacted with and he's leaving Stanford.

With decent recs I was wondering where I would have the greatest chance of getting accepted for an MS in EE?

A lot of the top schools require GPA's of at least 3.3, so is there any point in applying to them? I honestly feel horrible about last year, and am going to try to do everything in my power this year to bump up my GPA.

thanks
