Where do we record this information on the application?</p>

<p>As I recall, you don’t do that on the UC application. You will fill out the Haas transfer requirements in your supplemental information packet in January.</p>

<p>You just need to check off “Yes” on the question about completing the general education requirement on the UC application. The actual checklist of major prereqs will be on the Haas supplement.</p>
