Help please:) I am a high school junior overly stressed about my college education, and would appreciate it if people could provide me with a mix of prospective schools (safeties, matches, reaches)

-3.65 UW GPA (low, I understand, but rising in a steep manner)
-Most rigorous curriculum at my school (highest math placement, English placement, etc) including 8 Honors and 7 AP courses by graduation
-2230 projected SAT, 33 projected ACT
-African American (not using it as a crutch, but I realize it may alter a college's decision)
-Above average ECs (I think) including over 200 hrs community service, 4 years Varsity swimming, club swimming for 25+ hrs a week (team captain), apprenticeship in Neuroscience at Oregon Health and Science University, U.S. ambassador sent to Russia to swim with their national team, NHS, 12 academic/socially uplifting clubs, lifeguarding and academic tutoring

-If you could please provide feedback I would greatly appreciate it! I just wish to know if I am on the right track and whether or not I should adjust my college search

P.S. I, as of now, want to major in Biology

I realize that Funky and Axel, theyre just my projected scores from previous standardized tests (PSAT, etc.). I plan to take the actual test until I at least match those scores.

I would say the Ivies are still reaches for you, even if you are an URM. a 3.65 GPA is still pretty low for Ivies, but it is fine for almost anywhere else. The top state schools (UCB, UCLA, Umich, UVA) would all be matches. Private schools such as Northwestern and JHU will probably be matches too.

I would start prepping for the ACT/SAT and take one this spring! best of luck.

i wouldnt say ivies… your GPA isn’t high enough YET. but perhaps, with your “projected” scores and excellent EC’s… you have a shot. Nonetheless, if all goes as planned, you may be a match for other very prestigious schools such as: Umichigan, UCLA, Tulane, Georgetown, Uchicago, John Hopkins etc

Make sure you get a 2250+ SAT and bring up your grades so your GPA is at least a 3.75 and you could probably get in anywhere as an African American. Also take 2-3 subject subject tests and get at least a 750. Do these things and you could probably get into at least 3 ivies. Good luck!
