So I'm beginning the process of figuring out where to apply for MPP and MPA programs. Without any consistent statistics or admissions information, however, it's difficult to make a list of schools.

Here are my stats:
3.5 GPA from top 3 liberal arts college, significant better performance last two years (3.75+ gpa)
GRE: Q: 158 (740 old), 79%, V: 164 (670 old), 94%, AW: 5.5, 96%

I've taken calculus, stats, econometrics, some econ and some polysci in undergrad. History major.

Work experience: I'll have worked for two years between undergrad and grad. A year at an Americorps VISTA state office, a few months at a local regional planning commission and a few months abroad teaching english. In college, however, I interned more than average, with a US Senator, a state Senator, a state division of the NEH, and two regional banks.

SO... with that in mind, what are some schools I should look at? I'm thinking American, George Washington and Brandeis could be "safeties" but is this totally off the mark?

With these stats, is it worth applying to top programs? Where am I likely to get in? Georgetown, UMich Ford, UC Berkeley, HKS, Duke Sanford? Others I should check out?

Ideas!? Thank you!
