Where should I apply!? (Not looking for ego boosts)

Based on my stats, anyone have some ideas for colleges that I could apply to? Reach schools, target schools, and safety schools?

Here are my stats:

-GPA: 3.6 unweighted, 4.1 weighted
-10 Honors classes taken, 5 AP taken (all 4's and 5's on the tests)
-Will run college track, both indoor and outdoor

-Senior class president
-Founder and President of Philosophy Club
-Founder and President of Pyschology/Sociology Club
-President of Politics Club
-Diversity Club member- went on school trip to Canada, and hosted a student from Canada for two weeks
-Debate Club member
-"Friends of the Orphans" Club member- went on week long mission trip to an orphanage in Mexico during spring break

-225 Hours Community Service completed upon graduation (of 125 required for graduation)
-Varsity Track for school (two years JV, two years Varsity)
-Run club track during the summer and off season (Track Athlete Year Round)- went to USATF Junior Olympics NATIONALS for 110m hurdles
-Very, very good recommendations
-Graduated Summa Cum Laude from a prep school in Arizona
-School does not rank, but about 25 out of around 200 usually graduate Summa Cum Laude

-?Possibly going on a mission trip to Tanzania to help with cataract surgery for underprivileged children
-?Possibly going to study philosophy at Oxford for two weeks over the summer

-Wrote a very personal essay about my father's alcoholism, and how he took his own life when I was eight years old. It is very, very good (If I dare say so myself).

Some ideas that I have are:

Safety:
Occidental
BU
Lewis and Clark

Target:
Colgate
Carnegie-Mellon
Emory
William and Mary
Vanderbilt

Reach:
Duke
Cornell
Berkeley
Brown

Any test scores? What’s your ethnicity? You’ve already graduated from high school?

No no, I’m only a junior, but these will be my stats upon graduation
I’m white

I haven’t taken the SAT yet, but I took the PSAT a week ago and got a 194, so I’m hoping to secure something around 2200 for the SAT after taking it a few times

Okay the Cum Laude thing confused me for a second. Do you have a class rank?

If you do manage to secure the 2200, I would pretty much agree with your assessment for all your schools. Your application seems relatively well-rounded, but everything is short of being impressive. I’d suggest for you to pick your favorite of the four reaches you listed and commit to it with the ED.

No, my school doesn’t rank. There is a Summa Cum Laude title you can graduate with though (3.75 gpa, 10 honors, 4 AP, and you must write a thesis paper senior year) and usually around 18-25 graduate with it each year from a class of around 200-250. So I was hoping to use that as a way to kind of hint at the fact that I’m near the top of my class.
