Where should I apply? please help

Hey there,
I'm a junior in an IB high school that is very competitive and routinely sends kids to top tier Ivy League schools every year (This year 4 people got into Harvard).
Below I will write some of my stats so you can help me decide where to apply,,, I have been doing some research and it seems like admissions are harder than ever now... it has really begun to stress me out because who knows whether I will even be accepted anywhere?

I live in Florida btw, in Gainesville.

SAT: combined score - 2340 (Math: 750, CR: 800, WR:790)
GPA: unweighted - 3.7, weighted - 4.75
I have taken 3 AP tests in sophomore year and scored 4s and 5s on all of them. I am taking another 4 AP test this year, and then a total of 4-5 more next year.
Sports:
I have been doing crew (rowing) for my entire high school career. It is a year round sport and there are no breaks. It takes up a lot of my time and hopefully admissions counselors will appreciate that. There is a chance that I can be captain next year (only seniors can be captains)
EC:
Debate: I have been doing debate since sophomore year, I got alternate for nationals...
Key Club: This is a community service type club...
Student Government: Ive been a senator for 3 years.
National Honor Society
National English Honor Society
Volunteering:
Museum of Natural History: 100+ hours
Haile Historic Homestead: 40 +hours
Shands Hospital: 20+ hours
Im currently working out volunteer schedules with Haven Hospice and my local public library.
Work:
I interned for the whole summer in a biotechnology lab in the university.
Awards:
Honorable mention in AFSA national essay contest
several medals in crew
i have some more which i cant think of right now

My family is pretty well off so I don't think that FA should be a big factor in my choices, allthough i would like to graduate with little debt if possible.

Please give me suggestions for what colleges I should really look into and give my chances for getting in.

What subject(s) are you interested in studying?

Some well known schools like Harvard and Stanford are more generous than most with need based financial aid.

University of Florida would seem like an obvious inclusion to your list, even if it is not your first choice.

Make sure your “safety” schools are safe for both admissions and affordability. The ultimate “safety” for many is community college followed by transfer to a state university, but for some, it is an unplanned “safety” after they got rejected everywhere they applied (or got into only schools that turned out to be unaffordable).

Im interested in pursuing a career in medicine, maybe health administration, but i have not narrowed it down per se. I may even choose business or finance later in my career…

I definitely plan on applying to UF and USF. USF will fulfill the role of my safety school along with Florida State…

But do you have any idea of where else i should look into? I think George Washington University looks appealing but i just don’t know how to formulate a list…
