Where should I apply to college?

Hello! I am almost done my college search but I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to where I should apply.
Here's all my info:
I go to a private all girls high school
UW GPA: 3.9
Weighted GPA: 4.161
SAT Superscore: 2140 (M 710, W 740, CR 690) planning on taking again, hopefully for a 2200
SAT Math I 730
SAT Math II 770 (taking more in november, bio, chem, and spanish)
APs: Calculus BC (5), History (4), Physics C (2) - not my best subject
Took the hardest possible classes my school has to offer with 3 more APs as a senior
Extracurriculars:
Over 100 hours of community service: I tutor orphaned/abandoned children in a community safehouse. I even started my own summer SAT class for interested high school students at the orphanage.
Research at Thomas Jefferson University for 5 weeks this summer
Singer in school church choir
Stage Crew Costume Manager
National Honor Society
School Yearbook Senior Editor
I am planning on majoring in Neuroscience and Mathematics so any suggestions about colleges that would be a good match for me would be great! thanks!
Oh and I live on the east coast so I'm looking to apply to colleges that aren't too far from home

Smith
Vassar
Cornell
Boston College

Allegheny College…in PA
Muhlenberg College…in PA
Ursinus College in PA

hendrix not on east coast

How much can your family afford? What is your home state?

Bryn Mawr?
Chestnut Hill?

What size school? Small (LAC?), large state U, medium private? Urban/suburban/small town? Culture or focus? (jock, artsy, intellectual, quirky, granola - give us some adjectives) What state do you reside in?

The more you know about what kind of educational experience you want (and what you can afford to pay), the better our suggestions are likely to be.
