Where should I apply to college

I want to go to a selective college, but I’m not sure exactly where I have a shot at getting in. I know I can’t get into Ivy League, but what about other top universities? I am considering applying to schools with acceptance rates around 30-39% that is on the east coast. Any ideas???

You have told us about you, but not about what kind of environment will help you thrive.

You have AP tests this week and next. But spend a half hour on the computer now and set up a tour of 1-2 schools that are near your home. If there are any on quarter system, they will likely be in school until mid-June, which is preferred because then you can see students on campus too. Ideally you can visit after APs are over in late May.

Take note of what you like and don’t like about those schools. Come back and add that information here. That will help people guide you to schools that have similar characteristics you liked.
