where should I apply/where can I get in?

<p>Hi! I'm currently an Asian female;junior at a public high school in Washington; from a middle class family. Of couse I would love to go to a top tier college, but I also how unqualified my stats may be. So I would appreciate any advice or input. Thank you!</p>

PSAT: 86th (hopefully they won't pay attention to this)

AP Chemistry: 2 (yeah...not so good.)
SAT II Chem.: 700
SAT: taking it in may...hoping for the best, but expecting mid 600-700 range.</p>

Key club- freshman year, and freshman rep.
Model United Nations-freshman, junior, and senior years. (attended state conference every year), either Pres. or VP next year
Math Team-secretary or treasurer next year
NHS
French Naitonal Honor Society-possibly an officer next year
Mu Alpha Theta (honor society)
Tutor children once a week @ $10/hour, 3-4 times a week during the summer.
60 hours of volunteering. 100-150 by end of senior year?
Independent study of Latin. =]
