I am looking for a school with a good business program, I want to stay in Michigan but i would not mind going out of state. As of now i have one school as a safe school which is Oakland University but other then that i don't know where to apply to. Any feed back would be great. :D

Your in-state schools will be your best bet given your stats.

Are costs an issue? Do you want to live on-campus? Make an appt w/your Guid counselor – he/she knows many options for you. UM Dearborn,UM Flint, UDM, Eastern, WMU, UToledo (has instate tuition costs for MI residents); maybe Ferris, Albion, or GVSU.
