Extra activities 2 sports past 3 years. Many clubs basically really good activities band 2 years etc.

What are the top Math schools I could get into near the northeast ( I know no harvard). But some good schools like villanova or where else to apply ?

Anyways, go for second-tier tech schools like Stevens, Embry-Riddle, etc. or STUDY FOR THE SAT!!! That GPA does not match those test scores, making it look like you go to a school with ridiculous grade inflation. I’m sure you can do much better than that on the CR&W sections, so just study, take it again, and then comw back here. Good Luck!

MIT? No. OP is below 25% on all test areas. I would say Case Western but even there those 500s are below 25%. I would second Pitt. Villanova is about the same level as Case. Worcester Polytech is a good possibility.

Thanks. and I’m pretty sure that guy was just being a jerk lol, if anyone has any other advice thanks and definently going to look at pitt. And just wondering how far of a reach is UNC chapel hill from out of state… I know its big hopefully they’d like my essay and sports idk.?

Have you thought about taking the ACT. Some people do much better on one placement test than the other. My daughter did very well on ACT vs SAT, and my nephew did the exact opposite.

With the exception of one school in my Daughters interest list all have been VERY receptive to accepting the ACT. The one exception also wants SAT subject tests as well.

UNC-CH will be hard. ~35% admittance rate and the 25% for standardized tests is around 600 (and 95% of enrolled students have a 3.75 GPA or higher). I would definitely try the ACT.
