Where should I apply?

<p>Well, it's the summertime, and that means I have to decide what colleges I'm going to apply to. I'm an Indian (from India) living in Tennessee. I would prefer Ivy league, but other top schools work too, so please give me some advice on where I should apply.</p>

<p>GPA - 4.0 unweighted
Class rank - 6th or 8th out of 340
AP's - Euro AP, APUSH, AP Calc BC, AP Chem, AP Physics B, AP English (expecting 5's on all, got a 4 on Euro AP)
12th grade - AP Stat, AP Bio, AP English, AP Gov, AP Psych
SAT - 2330 (800 M, 800 W, 730 V)
ACT - 33 (33 English, 34 Reading, 34 Math, 32 Science)
SAT II's - 800 Math IIC, 800 Chemistry, 800 Physics</p>

sophmore:3.3
junior:2.43 ( iknow its horrible)
what are my chances of any college like pennstate (college park)? umd (collge park or umbc) or any state college</p>
