Won an international Volvo environmental comp. and won US$10,000 and a trip to Sweden and Connecticut (that's half way round the world for me!) to attend environmental conferences. I've also been selected by my country's largest software firm, Infosys, for an on-campus training programme. I am currently the School Prefect of my school, which is one of the best in town. I have also been the Editor of the News Desk and School Magazine for two years. Apart from this, I have won a number of l events such as Model UN, national-level essay writing, poetry writing, state-level quizzes etc. I am part of my school soccer team and have attended summer coaching camps for sports.</p>
<p>Community Service:
I have dedicated over 150 hours of work to uplifting the status of rural women and raising their income over 30-fold during the Volvo project. </p>
