Where Should I Be Looking?

Hello All, Junior in HS, starting college process, have a few names, wondering where I could get in.

Academics: Took the ACT once, plan to take it again, got a 30 my first time. Hopefully going to get around a 32-33.
GPA: 3.52 unweighted, average graduating GPA from my school is 2.8 (I go to a very competitive private school where grades are seriously deflated)
Classes:
Freshman Year:
Alg. 1 - A-
English 9 - B+
French 1 - A -
Freshman Physics - B+
World History I - A
Freshman Art - A

Sophomore Year
Geometry - B+
English 10 - A-
French 2 - A-
Honors Chemistry- C+
World History II - A

Junior Year So Far
APUSH - B+
English 11 - A-
Biology - B
French 3 - B+
Arts: A- for first semester course, hopefully A for second semester course
Algebra 2 - A

My school offers absolutely no academic awards or distinctions.

ECs (what will be at the end of senior year)

150 hours of community service

4 year Varsity Basketball
4 Year Varsity Soccer
2 Year JV Field Hockey, 2 Year Varsity

2 Year Stage Manager of the School's annual musical

Junior Class President

2 Years on yearbook staff, editor this year and next year

I am on the board of my school's Model United Nation's Staff as the Undersecretary for Finance.
Model UN - Honorable Mention Award from University of Michigan and another Honorable Mention from Harvard University.

I have work experience as kind of an odd-jobs/busgirl person at my dad's restaurant all throughout high school.

Other Stuff:

I am a first generation college student and first generation American.

From Illinois.

Planning on majoring in History.

Our school only offers only 3 humanities-based AP classes, and I will have taken all of them by the end of senior year.

Right now, I am looking at University of Michigan, Washington University in St. Louis, Syracuse, Tulane, University of Miami, Boston University, and George Washington University as target schools.

As HUGE reaches, I'm looking at Northwestern, Vanderbilt, and UNC.

Thoughts? I'm open to any suggestions of other schools I might like. Looking for schools with at least 6,000 people.

What is your class rank (I assume it is high based on the competitiveness of your school)? What can your family afford? Talk to your GC. It sounds like your school may be considered a feeder school for highly ranked colleges.

That is very serious grade deflation…are you sure that average GPA for the HS is correct?
You may want to double-check the school profile.
Does your HS have Naviance or a similar system?

All big schools for you then?

Also Try:
NYU (lots of the NU people I know applied here as a match school)
American University
University of Rochester

Just for the sake of it:
You probably won’t get in (reach school) but look at Barnard in NY (It’s technically an all girls school, but all of your classes are with Columbia, and you can live with boys past freshman year if you want. I have a friend there who literally only has male friends).

Consider:
Wash U is not a match school for you
Syracuse is a safety
GW is safe-ish (But expensive as all else)
