Where should I go -- Accounting Major

I got accepted to every school I applied to:
Lehigh University
University of Maryland
The College of New Jersey
Boston University
Villanova
Rutgers
George Washington University

I am sort of a little biased toward TCNJ because it is cheap and a good school, but I want to know your opinion as far as the best place on my list for accounting and school prestige.

Thanks

Over all, lehigh has the greatest prestige. I don't know how strong it's accounting/business program is though. I do know that BU has a good accounting program.

accounting is accounting where ever you go...just make sure the place you go to has a good network of recruiter for jobs/internships

Each of those colleges is large enough that the accounting firms will recruit there. But if you really want to know which is preferred, try contacting the director of human resources at a large accounting firm and ask them.

FYI, years and years ago, I graduated from a small LAC. Even at the small LAC we got a few recruiters from the Big 8 firms, and I accepted an offer at one of them. IIRC over 50% of the accounting majors in my graduating class went to work immediately for Big 8 firms. As rajkumar said, accounting is accounting whereever you go.
