Where should I go? BU or GWU? Help!

Hey guys. I'm currently deciding between BU's SMG Management School (15k/year, honors program) and George Washington's School of Business (18k/year, honors program). I've visited both and think I could do well at either. I'm wondering if anyone has input as to which school is better and why. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Please, some input!

gw cuz im going and i really really really good looking

My s's friend had the same decision plus USC B-school & chose GW, because of the DC opportunities.

I asy BU of course. Is one closer to home?

I say Boston University, I think Boston would be much more of abetter place to be in for undergrad.

Boston is closer to my home in Albany, but GW is not too far away that I would be uncomfortable with it.

If you fly or drive about 4 times a year for breaks home...what are we talking distance wise? A 4 hr vs 7 hr drive??? Boston air fares are a real bargain these days but that may be so for DC as well. Once the drive reaches a certain number of hrs. ( 6 for us) your parents may not be up for driving both ways in one day so an overnight hotel is in order then and now its a two day trip.
Do you do any winter activities like ski or board?

Did you actually visit the business schools at GW and BU or just go on the standard tours? The good news is that since they are so alike you will probably do well at either school.

dogs-
It's about a 3 hour drive for Boston versus a 6 hour driver for Washington. I would not be flying to Boston, but fares on Southwest to BWI are extremely cheap (sometimes less than $50 each way, which would only be a little more than the train from Boston). I do like to ski. I also visited the business schools at both GW and BU and met with higher-ups at both schools. Both made a really great impression on me, another reason why I'm harding so much trouble choosing.

I persoonally would choose BU. But they're both reallly great schools, socially and academically. Do you prefer DC or Boston? I think that both places offer fantastic oppurtunities after you graduate. You really can't go wrong

I think I prefer DC to Boston, but that's not enough reason by itself for me to choose the school. There are things I really like about both of them, that's why I'm haivng such a hard time.

Specifically what do you like/dislike? What factors are most important?

BU definetly. When I went to visit GW, I wasn't impressed with the city as much as I was with Boston. Idk, but I think Boston is safer, too.
