Where should I go from here?

Hi everyone! Just like most people, I want to go to Harvard. Even if I don't get in it'll be good to aim for Harvard so my application will be good for whatever college I go to.
Anyways, I'm a sophomore starting next fall, and here's some info on what I done so far. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them. Thanks:)

-skipped first grade
-gifted program
-top 10%
-secretary of East Asian Club (president next year)
- participated in the National French test (7th at chapters, 18th nationally)
-student government
-marching band
-class representative
-founded Wilson Writers' Club
- 1st place in statewide poetry contest
-student of the month
(shouldn't add stuff from middle school right? I didn't except for gifted program and skipping a grade)

I didn't take any SATs and begin taking AP sophomore year. I also won some other writing awards that are smaller so no one really cares about that. Obviously it's not good for Harvard, but where should I keep going from here? I am not athletic (my mom told me to give up on that),but I'm good on the piano and am thinking of applying for Juilliard's pre-college program. I also invested in some scholarships and contests I still need to hear from.

I'm going to start volunteering at my library this year. I don't do summer camps and stuff like that because I travel a lot randomly with my family, though my dad is trying to get me an internship in China next year.

Plus I'm Asian. That just killed me didn't it?

you have potential. if you like music, i would go for julliard. and if you do go for julliard you should get more accomplishments in music. if you go for harvard, you have to find something you’re interested in and show that interest in some way. and if you’re not interested in something, try to find one by trying out different activities. you want to have good scores, good gpa, etc etc.

Thank you for your advice  I decided not to apply for juilliard’s pre-college program but still focus on music. I think i’ll get some kind of piano certification instead, and focus on all that good ivy league stuff, haha
