Where should I go? (Schools I got into)

I applied for: Dartmouth, Duke, Upenn, Emory, Northwestern, Wash U, Princeton, Brown, Ga Tech, UGA

I got into all of the above except Upenn, Duke, and Dartmouth. I didn't check Princeton, but I assume I didn't get in.

Which should I choose? My most likely option right now is Washington Univeristy in St. Louis. But I heard rumors that it was overrated. However, I visited campus during the winter and loved it, although I didn't see classes because it was winter break. They are giving me 7k in scholarship money and 3k in workstudy, so its my most likely option.

However, I also heard that Brown's admission rates are VERY low this year (around 8 percent). If that case, I feel like its kind of a waste to go to Brown. Furthermore, I don't really know what I want to major in Brown, because I have pressure from my parents to make a lot of money, so I am looking forward to a career in medicine (hence why I want to go to Wash U- they have an excellent grad school). I like liberal arts specializing in rhetoric, such as history and philosophy, but I do not plan on studying law, nor do I think my parents are willing to pay 40k a year to make me an "enlightened" man (Sorry Aristotle).

I applied to Ga Tech if I want to do engineering, but I heard life there sucks.

Your comments about Brown are a little confusing. You don't want to go because their admission rates were low? And you don't know what to major in? Neither of those has anything to do with the actual school. I think you should go back and reevaluate all the literature you have recieved from each school, as well as visit if you have the time. No one can decide where you should go but you.
