Where Should I Go???

alright, i have many many many issues with applying to college right now. i desperately need a somewhat inexpensive school (or one that offers a lot of financial aid) in the north-east (anywhere from penn and nj to maine). i am a new york resident with the following stats:

3.6 GPA
640 math SAT
680 verbal SAT
680 writing SAT2
610 bio SAT2
640 world history SAT2
600 math 2c SAT2
96 average on regents exams (new york state exams...only important to NY schools i think)
in all honors/ap classes (currently in ap stat, ap calc bc, ap english, italian 6, ap chem, and a public affairs course from syracuse university)
ECs include managing basketball team, varisty volleyball for 4 years, guitar, tutoring, cello, orchestras, chamber music groups, and some volunteer work in various clubs
i have studied abroad for music, but dont plan to major in it
i am currently undecided, and was recently deferred from cornell
my essays are good, and my writing in general is very good

im just kind of lost in the admissions process right now. i cant seem to find a good college that meets my standards and isnt waaaay too much money or too far away. i would like a coed school, but dont have a preference on size or any other specifics. i am going to apply as undecided at this point.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! i know my statistics look very ordinary and average, but i am an extremely hard worker and at the top of most of my classes. i have good references and need to find more options fast. right now im investigating university of rochester, colgate, bard, and dartmouth (yes, i know its a reach).

if anyone has any ideas or sites that can help me, please respond. THANK YOU!!!
