Where Should I Go?

So I'm headed into my Senior year of High School~ really not knowing what to think or where to go.

Stats:
Top 20% of Private High School in Texas
4.0 GPA (weighted)
AP Environmental
AP Stats
AP Calc
AP English IV

ECs:
40 Hr/Week Job
National Honor Society
Home Repair Organization Work (40 hrs)
Democratic Political Party Data Entry Volunteering (40 hrs)
Other small stuff...

SAT:
CR&M: 1320
CR&M&WRT: 2020

ACT:
Not Taken

I live in Texas and would really like to go to UT Austin, but I'm not sure of the likelihood of that. I'm open to any suggestions as I am really just trying to find my niche.

It's hard to suggest schools when we have no idea what you're looking for in a school? Liberal arts? University? Big, small? Rural, urban? Politically active? Liberal, conservative? Majors you're interested in? Academically oriented, partying? Fraternities? Anything new you want to try out in college? Hot, cold, do you care? Secluded, out in the open?

I'd like a big University, nationally known as a good school.
I'm interested a good BALANCE of academics and social life.

Any suggestions that I should look intO?

Does location matter for you? University of Texas is a great school. (could be a match) Maybe Rice (as a reach)?

What sort of social life? Athletic? Greek?

I'd like a greek life, but not being dependent on it you know?

And UT sounds good, but do you think i could get in considering i'm not top 10%? (i wouldn't mind doing a crappy major)

Look at Trinity University in San Antonio
