where should i go??

I might do pre-pharmacy. I got waitlisted from JMU and Uconn and my first choice was Boston U, but I got rejected. I don't have many choices, but it comes down to:

University of Delaware, Purdue, Penn state-Abington (branch campus) and UPitt-brad (branch)

I'm stressing out. Maybe after a year or so I should just transfer to a better school. None of these are really my top choices. I preferred a more urban college campus such as in Boston/dc/ny.

What's the best option??

I would choose University of Delaware, it’s a good school. Why did you apply to the branch campuses instead of the main ones?

thanks for replying

Somewhere2012: I applied to the main ones but didn’t get in so they forwarded my apps to the branch campuses.

Oh alright, I’m sorry to hear that. If you are really not happy, there are still some colleges that are accepting apps. Rolling admissions.

Delaware is fine. A LOT of students want to end up in a big city.

yeah im leaning toward udel

If you want to do pre-pharmacy, Purdue is continually ranked in the top 5 for pharmacy.

Purdue University

I know that Purdue is better for pharmacy but I’m not sure if I want to do pharmacy so would it be worth it to choose Purdue over Delaware?

Yeah, Purdue is the better pick overall.

Why do you say that?

I guess it’s more so what I’m looking for in a universitity. What do you prefer in a university, being more specific. Would you mind a college town like area?

I’m looking for a lot of different opportunities if you don’t know what you want to do, lots of things to do outside the campus, and somewhere close to the city, but my options are pretty much Delaware or Purdue. But neither school has a good city life. I guess Purdue would be better if I do pharmacy, but I don’t really like the location.

What is the financial situation like.

I’d go to UDel, its only 40 minutes from Philly so you can go there every once and a while. Its Pre-pharm isn’t much worse than Purdue’s, and UDel’s study abroad is one of the best in the country. Just go to other cities during the long winter break!

Purdue has a larger student body than University of Deleware. It will be well known as always something to do, and more like a college town. I don’t like Purdue location much either, though about 2 hours from Chicago and hour thirty minutes from University of Illinios- champaign

Don’t mind tittle of message, sibling was typing random words.
