depends on your major. Id choose Johns Hopkins anyway lol.

^Yeah, what is your major?

My intended major is political science.

Every one of your choices will offer you a terrific education. Where do you want to go? Have you visited all of your choices? Where will you have the most fun? Because the educational opportunities are great at all of your choices, I recommend making your decision based on the campus environment, cost, and transportation to and from your home during breaks.

You should go to GW. It’s good for political science because it’s in DC and they offer tons of internships. The location and campus are absolutely fantastic as well. I’ve heard their financial aid is good, too.

Do finances play into your decision?

^if they do, then GW is a bad choice. Id opt for JHU, trust me. Theyre the most generous with aid (amongst the schools you posted).

Momfromme, sorry I forgot to include that in my original post. No, money is not an issue.

If money is not an issue, I definitely think you should go to GW.

Johns Hopkins

If you are interested in American politics, GW is a great choice. They have a lot of people on campus who have experience in government and in political campaigns, while also having top-notch political scientists.

Yes, GW is in DC but you will get a terrific Political Science education at the other schools as well. Because of the similarities in educational qualities, choose the school that has the type of campus life that fits you best. You want to have a good balance between academics (accessibility of professors to their students, class size, no classes taught by TA’s, enough sections of classes available so you don’t have to wait until Junior year to get into the classes you really want, etc.) and campus environment (student body, size, dorms, on campus fun, off campus accessibility, etc.). Where do you want to go? Dismiss the ratings and rankings and find the best fit for you.
