Where should I go?

Hello, everyone!
It's already mid April...
almost two weeks left to choose finally where we go!

Have you decided your mind already?
then plz helppppppppppppppppp me !!

Well, these are the schools I consider most:
Brandeis University
Tufts University
University of Southern California
Oberlin College ( with scholarship , but not FULL )

to briefly give you my interests,
my intended major is International Relations or East Asian Studies.
I know that I should study overall, such as politics , economics, stuff like that.
but I want to concentrate on cultural theme when I study IR.
I want school near city. want cordial, sweet atmosphere.
not just study study study, want to enjoy school life such as watching school sports games, etc.

So,
1. Brandeis : International and Global Studies
it has been only 7 years but it is one of the most popular majors in the school.
and unlike any other 'International Relations', it's mainly about the globalization's impact.
And one of the specializations in this major is CULTURE. That's why I consider Brandeis. It has just right program, specialzation that I want to study!

Tufts : International Relations
Most people around me said 'JUST GO TO TUFTS!'
I know that Tufts has A+ IR program. And there're lots of advantages that I could take if I go to Tufts; I can take classes other universities near Tufts, and I can hang out with my friends in near Boston, etc. But searching hompages and clubs for a week, I somewhat feel that Tufts is little bit in the mood of individualism. plz tell me if it's true or not. Because the atmosphere of the school is truly important to me. I want somewhat friendly, sweet place. Oh, can I enjoy sports games a lot in Tufts?

USC : International Relations
I heard that USC also has great IR program. That many koreans( oh, I'm korean. my mom doesn't want me to go here because of too many koreans :( ) are here is just drawback, but other than that, everything in USC is very attractvie. Weather, city, sports, various minors :D

Oberlin : East Asain Studies
in Ohio............. hmm............. not that great. but small size school, musical atmosphere, 2nd oldest East Asian progam in the states, and scholarship!!! and graduate school acceptance rate........................ unbelievable.

WHERE SHOULD I GO?
plz someone help me................ I need your help. I can't visit shools so your comment is so valuable to me.
and thank you for reading this long story.

Somehow, cities and sweetness don’t always go together. Probably the closest compromise on that score would be Brandeis. However, you really might enjoy Oberlin. It really would be sweet, and it would be an excellent school. And who couldn’t use scholarship money?
