<p>I am almost certainly attending TAMU next year and I have a question. Should I live on campus? I have heard that the dorms aren't too great... If it makes a difference, I am guaranteed a spot at an Honors dorm if I reply by April 1st. Should I do this? There are places to stay within 1.5 miles of campus that have meal plans and roommate matching. What would you guys suggest?</p>

<p>I just went down to A&M this past weekend. Everyone said to stay in an honors dorm, even though the Tradition was nicer and only a couple minutes away. The rooms aren’t that nice, but they are pretty big and have their own bathrooms.</p>
