Where should I look to apply?

I want to go into pre-med or major in biology. I live in New Jersey and would like to stay in the northeast. I took the SAT twice and didn't do that much better the second time.

1) 720 M, 620 R, 700 W
2) 710 M, 630 R, 730 W

I have a 95.36 unweighted GPA which includes all honors and 3 APs from this year (will take 5 more next year). Our school is very competitive and has a good relationship with many good schools, including Cornell. 4 out of 4 students were accepted from last year's class. I speak Russian fluently but I can't read. I'll also have 4 years of French and Hebrew by the end of next year.

SAT 2
Bio- 720
Math II- 710
US History- 710

Notable APs:
English Language and Writing: 4

ECs:
Friendship Circle- I am one of ten buddies that spends two hours with a teenager with special needs and we do activities with them. This happens about twice a month in my school.
FLJCC- delivered food to elders in my town so they can have a full day's worth of meals over the weekend
Basketball- varsity team
Soccer- varsity team and club team
Pre-Med Society (president)
Chess Team (captain)
Math Club/Team
Musical- used to play saxophone
Work- I've worked in a day camp this summer and last summer
Leadership:
- captain of chess team
- president of pre med society
- head of my division in camp
- I was handpicked by a group of teachers to act as an advocate/mentor to the 8th graders of a middle school and talk to them about the high school experience. We discussed with them how to cope with the difficulties and stress of high school and acted as a guide on how to make the most of their experiences.

My first choice right now is Cornell and I plan on applying ED, what do you think my chances are? Other schools I'll apply to if I don't get in are Brandies, NYU, and Rutgers and Maryland as safety's. What other schools should I look to apply to that have good pre-med/biology programs.
