Where should I look?

Ok, so let me give you some background about myself. I go to a reputable school in North Carolina. My GPA is pretty low, 2.9 unweighted and 4.16 weighted (my Junior year weighted is 4.72). I have taken 7 AP's so far, and I am going to take 5 for my senior year as well. For extracurricular I have done 1 year of varsity soccer, 2 years of track, going on 4th year for Science Olympiad in highschool and this year I am one of the co-leaders of the club, 3 years of Ocean Science bowl and captain for 2 years, Key Club for 3 years, Quizbowl for 1 year, Health Occupational Students of America competition, and 2 years of full time lab experience working as a research assistant, and I also play an indian drum for several years and I have had several performances over the years. I have an ACT of 34 and first try SAT of 1990, I'll be taking the SAT again in October, hopefully scoring around 2100.

Ok, so now along to the point. I am looking for colleges preferably in NC, looking to major in science related to biology, I am considering doing medicine in the future. I intend to apply to NC state, UNC-CH as my reach school, and ECU. I was wondering what my chances are at these universities. I was also wondering, as well, as what other colleges seem to be within my grasp. Additionally I would like to know whether I should report both my ACT and SAT or only one of them, and if so which?

Thanks in advance.
