Where's the closest parking lot i would be able to park? I plan on bringing my car. Can you park anywhere on campus overnight? I plan on buying the S (Yellow). Do i need to buy any other permit to be able to park overnight/weekends?

Pangea is the closest. You have to buy only the S permit, Pangea is kinda far but it is the ONLY S parking structure nearby.

just park at the glider port across the street from the village, it’s free and an easy walk. Just turn onto Torrey Pines Scenic Dr (heading west) off of N Torrey Pines Rd and park on the street.

S permits are the only ones undergrads can buy, correct? the price of permits doesn’t matter to me, but I want to keep my car in a safe and convenient place. however, why did UCSD not include a parking structure for the village?

^
- That’s correct
- Because UCSD parking = as$holes

^That money sign has lots of meaning. ;)

Hahahahaha i didn’t even think of it that way but SOOOOO true

Especially when campus police writes you up a $50 ticket for being 8 mins over you parking slip time on move in day. BAD BAD BAD.
