Where should I put this stuff on the Common App?

I've done some things in high school that I wasn't sure where to put on the Common App...so I'd appreciate some help.

In January of 2009 (in the middle of my junior year), I won the Sugihara Fellowship Award for ADL by being selected for writing an essay and winning 2nd place; I was chosen from over 100 students around the nation who went on an ADL-sponsored National Youth Leadership Mission to Washington DC; for more information, see The Grosfeld Family ADL National Youth Leadership Mission

I have also applied for a U.S. Patent...something I think sets me apart from many other applicants, so i definitely want to mention it...but where do I mention it?

I worked as a tutor at my school's Homework Center through all of junior year (twice a week), got paid about $500 over the year, plan to continue working at HW Center in senior year

I have been involved in Speech & Debate all 4 years of high school, but haven't occupied any leadership positions; I earned Championship trophy at a major invitational in Freshman year--where should I mention this trophy? Does it matter?

Thanks for the help!

Give me a B! U! M! P!

For awards, put them in the academic honors. Patent in additional info. Tutor work under work experience or extracurricular activities. Speech and debate are extracurricular activities.

Agreed with all of the above
In the additional info explain IN DETAIL about your patent
or, upload a resume with the patent included
