<p>I am currently in my first semester of my freshman year at Bentley University in Waltham Mass. It is predominately a business school with very little liberal arts courses. I think I would like to major in an area of Business however I would then like to apply to medical school. I know that i will have to take the pre-requisites for med school and take the MCATS. I am a volunteer EMT and Firefighter so I have a pretty decent volunteer program.</p>
<p>I am thinking about transferring to a different school for my undergraduate degree where I will have a better chance in getting into a well-known Medical School. </p>
<p>My options are:
-Fordham University at Rose Hill in Bronx, NY
-Loyola University Maryland
-Villanova University
-Providence College
-Or stay at Bentley University</p>
<p>Would i have a better chance of getting into a well-known med school if I get my UG at one of those schools? Or should I just go where I can get the highest GPA? Also are there any other schools that I should look at in addition to the ones listed above?</p>
