Where to add Spanish 3 summer course in UC application

Hello,

This question is from my daughter.

I took Spanish 3 over the summer after my sophomore year at a different school. Should I add it as a different high school? When I do that, it is asking me to add grades for the school year instead of just summer.

Or should I check ‘Took summer school after 10th grade’ under my own high school?

The course with grade is listed under Student Notes in my unofficial transcript.

Any help is much appreciated.
