Where to advertise private tutoring services?

I'm looking to be a private math tutor this summer. I have experience tutoring with a center, but want to branch out so I can make a little more money this summer. I have the qualifications; I just have nowhere to advertise! My local newspaper costs $200 to place an ad, my local grocery store has no bulletin board, and my local library won't post for-profit advertisements on theirs. Also, my parents won't let me post on Craig's List or places like that because they're "dangerous" (though I don't see how it is any more dangerous getting a call from someone you don't know who found out about you online as opposed to someone you don't know who found out about you from a flyer).

CC community - any suggestions? What haven't I thought of?

Craig’s List
If you have references, I would contact a high school guidance counselor and ask them to add you as a potential tutor.

Again, Craig’s List isn’t an option (see my post). Also, high schools are not in session right now, and only a few county schools host summer school, none of which want to sponsor a private tutor over their weird for-profit “extra summer classes” (basically their own tutoring service)

Does your area have some version of the Pennysaver or Patent Trader? The rates to advertise in venues like those are much lower.

Oh, sorry, I did not read the whole post! On Craig’s list I have seen tutors who will only meet you in a library so maybe your folks would be okay with that.
