<p>I was a science major for about three years but I want to pursue a Business and Economics undergraduate degrees. They offer it ay my current chool (public school) but I really want to get out since I'm unhappy here.
The only problem is, I don't know where I can transfer? I feel like my GPA and academic coursework are not strong enough<br>
I plan to apply for Fall of 2006
Please recommend some schools I may be able to transfer into..
I have a B average GPA but have 3 withdraws throughout the past three years (2 from my first year) since I was unmotivated and not excited about all the hardcore science courses
I have never failed a course but I did receive a D during my first semester.</p>
<p>Where are you going to school? Can you provide us with breakdown of you academic transcript, as well as you GPA and test scores? The hard sciences will always be a drag because they are time consuming. </p>
<p>But based on the fact that you're a 3rd year student, it might be a little tough to transfer at this point. Or you can use the extreme option: Starting over again at a community college, get a high GPA as a full-time student and transfer to a top tier school.</p>
