Where to find Pre-vet/animal science/ecology?

I'm looking for colleges with strong pre-vet or animal science programs (wildlife biology is also something I'm interested in) but can't find much so far. I want to ED to Cornell CALS in Animal Science but I'm not hedging my bets on being accepted there. Tufts is another I'm looking at. Cornell's huge agricultural resources are a major draw for me--I love being in the country and having access to organic farms and other farm-related things, which is why I'm a bit iffy about Tufts's location. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

UC Davis has an excellent Animal Science program and also in the same College, they have several majors including Ecology and Wildlife Biology and Conservation, See link http://www.caes.ucdavis.edu/research/dept

you might want to start with this list of pre-vet colleges:

Most Land Grant schools will have what you need. UC Davis and Cornell are both Land Grant universities.

As does Washington State University. Very strong pre-vet program, something of a party school in Pullman, Washington.

University of New Hampshire has a well known program.

Thanks for these suggestions, they’ve helped a lot!
