I think about a month ago, Berkeley sent freshmen the ASUC Linen Program. They recommended we buy the sheets from them and the complete campus collection costs $229. I am not sure if that is a good deal. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks!

Don’t buy it. From what I heard, it’s completely a rip off. I believe some websites said that they are not endorsed by the UCs but just used the letterhead to lure customers. Just buy your stuff at Target/Sears when they have them on sale. I believe most places should tell you that the sheets are recommended for “Dorms”.

Always buy used.

Surely one of these twin XL sheet sets will work?

Don’t they provide you with sheets?

^ I don’t think so… I remember my bed was bare O_O.

Oh. Well, I’m planning to bring sheets from home and just use those…

twin XL, anna’s linens or target is a good place to get your sheets for cheap

I didn’t get any of the packs, but I did buy from them - got sheets, pillow cases, a mattress pad, and a blanket for around $50. Don’t know if it’s a rip-off or not, but I just got it for convenience; since I’m out-of-state, I just got it sent to my aunt house in Oakland since we weren’t sure if we were gonna be able to be up there long before move-in day.

Has anyone actually tried putting the sheets from target on the beds, I’m scared it won’t fit.

i got my sheets and comforter set at marshall’s for a pretty good price.
