<p>For most universities I heard that they use the general admissions form. I went on several school's sites (like berkeley) and could not find where to download the general admissions form. Sorry if this sounds like an idiotic question. I am a rising senior and want to get a head start on the admissions mania this summer, and I am so confused by all the forms and pprwork. </p>
