<p>Can you clarify? If you can only attend those schools with some form of FA, then your question is rather moot until you see FA packages. A few of those schools are OOS publics that don’t give much/any aid to OOS students.</p>
<p>There’s no point in deciding “where to go” because your favorite choices may be completely unaffordable. Of your list, only UVA meets need, but who knows if they’ll expect your parents to pay more than they will.</p>

<p>Don’t feel bad about PSU, they don’t give aid to OOS students, so if your parents wouldn’t pay full freight for PSU, it wouldn’t have worked out anyway.</p>
