<p>My cousin is deciding between the following for envoirnmental biology,</p>

Penn State
McGill (Macdonald Campus) she can transfer to main campus after one year.</p>
<p>She lives near Boston, so UVM would be closest. She really wants a fun campus, but the program is important also. Any opinions?</p>
<p>Penn State is definitely fun. UVM is in a breathtaking setting. It's kind of a shame to pay for a Canadian school during the only time in our history that the Canadian dollar is worth more than the U.S. dollar.</p>
