Where to live and honors program

I received my acceptance letter last week! However, I am from Pennsylvania, so I have basically no idea what dorm to pick! I have a couple questions and would really appreciate any advice.

What is a good dorm for a person who is extremely outgoing, wants to meet a lot of people, and enjoys going out and having fun on the weekends, but is a really serious student during the week?

How difficult is it to get into the honors program?

How hard is it to get into a sorority, especially from out of state? It seems like a lot of work to join and is it worth it?

Congrats Kathleen! Have a look at this thread for some good advice on dorms.

The stats for the 2010-2011 honors program are:
2010–2011 First-Year Class 525
Average First-Year High School GPA 4.03
Average First-Year SAT 1473*
Middle-Range SAT 1430 – 1490

My D did not rush but a couple of her friends did. Her good friend is out of state and rushed. The rush process is tough, but I think the girls thought it was worth it.

I’m on the same page as kathleen and would really appreciate any input from students. I read the other threads but still have some lingering questions.
Anybody know which dorm is the most social? I applied for scholarships and honors but am unsure about Myers. I know that dorm would be excellent for studying, but what’re the weekends like there?
