<p>My husband is actually the one going to Grad school at Rice, but I am trying to find us a place to live. Ideally what we want is a home-like space such as a basement rental or small house rental that is close enough to walk or ride a bike to campus. We want to have some sort of a yard for our dog, standard house ammentities (washer dryer, dishwasher etc). Anyone know of neighborhoods close to rice that sort of fit this description? We don't know Houston at all, and would love some local advise as where to live while we are here for grad school.</p>
