<p>(Generally speaking, if you address mail to Whatever Office/Lab/Department, 77 Massachusetts Avenue, it will probably get there, although I'm sure having the correct room number expedites the process considerably.)</p>

<p>You should have received an e-mail from IDOC which contains a link to the IDOC website. Go to the website and read the information there. It spells out exactly what you need to send and where to send it. You will need to print out a cover sheet from the IDOC site and attach it to the information.</p>
<p>I need to send International Application to MIT directly.</p>
