<p>Check the representative's websites. They will tell you. Often they will provide the forms needed.</p>
<p>As Aspen said, check their individual websites for instructions. Here in WA state they want them sent to their in state offices not DC.</p>
<p>okay thanks, the senators for nj want it sent to their state offices. my district's representative doesn't have it mentioned on his website, but i emailed and someone said also to send it to his state office.</p>
<p>I'd think many MOC's would want to keep this process closer to home. As others have said the instructions are on websites, often listed under "constituent services".</p>

<p>Most MOC prefer (according to their own web sites) that requests for info concerning SA nominations be sent to their home state offices.</p>
