<p>I have to send a College Mid-Term Report, Secondary School School Report, Instructor Evaluation(s), and a College Official Report along with official transcripts. Do I send these to the admissions department of the school I am applying to? And photocopies if there are multiple schools? I feel like this is a silly question.</p>
<p>Also quick thing, where do you choose the specific program you are applying to/where can you apply to more than one program per school?</p>
