I am currently a freshman at Gonzaga University and I want to transfer. I am looking for a private school with a nursing major (that has clinicals near campus) and either an international relations, peace studies, or global studies minor. I am not much of a partier, which has made it difficult for me to get connected at Gonzaga. It seems to me that the student body isn't very creative activity-wise here, if you don't have a whole weekend to get up and leave, the options are movies or drinks. Also, because I am protestant, being at a Jesuit University, or at least this Jesuit University, has made it difficult for me to get connected with a group to even go to church with. However, I do like that GU is a D1 university with a small school feel. For a little more insight...some schools that I like but can't go to because they don't have the right majors: Pomona (because of the international feel and athenaeum) and Westmont College & Seattle Pacific University (because they are small Christian schools on the outskirts of a fun town). I have a very good GPA as of now, so I don't think academically my options are limited. I am having a difficult time finding colleges that fit this criteria on the college search sites, so I am hoping that this method of just asking for advice might help me out. Any ideas anyone?
